production partners and freelancers while developing strategies to optimize creative workflows and logistical operations.Felipe has worked across documentaries, reality TV, scripted content, and films, contributing to major productions such as Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War, Netflix’s Chef’s Table and Awake: The Million Dollar Game. He produced two of Brazil’s highest-rated TV shows, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and globally experienced production leader.

Jessica Molina
Jessica is a writer, director, and producer dedicated to amplifying Latino and POC-centric stories with authenticity, care, and a fresh perspective. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she has built a career centered on challenging the status quo and creating space for narratives that have long been overlooked. As a senior creative producer at Spotify, she served as an executive producer on the critically acclaimed podcast LOUD: The History of Reggaeton, further cementing her reputation as a powerful voice in Latinx media. She began her career in commercials and reality TV but quickly realized her passion lay in producing content that uplifts and empowers.
Currently based in Miami, Jessica leads her work with a deep commitment to nuance and representation, ensuring that every project reflects the richness and complexity of our communities. Whether developing scripted and unscripted content, branded campaigns, or documentaries, she is focused on telling stories that resonate, inspire, and push culture forward. When she’s not behind the camera or in the writer’s room, Jessica enjoys life with her husband, daughter, and a very unbothered shih-tzu who prefers the couch to the hustle.

Julio A. Pabón
Julio is an award-winning Executive Producer with over 15 years of experience in documentary, unscripted, and alternative programming. Julio served as Executive Producer of Video Originals at Spotify Studios, where he oversaw original video, podcast, and audio content. Julio created the critically acclaimed podcast LOUD: The History of Reggaeton and played a pivotal role in shaping the visual style of ¡Viva Latino!, helping it become the world’s third-largest playlist. Prior to that, he produced the hip-hop docuseries The Rapture and co-directed the controversial Netflix series Afflicted, which explored undiagnosed diseases.
In 2014, Julio joined VICE Media, where he helped establish the company’s presence in Cuba, directed films for VICE on HBO, and produced groundbreaking shows such as VICE Guide to Contraband, Weediquette, and VICE World of Sports. His work earned him a PGA Award for Best Sports Series in 2017 for the Las Grandes Ligas episode of VICE World of Sports.
Originally from the Bronx, Julio now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and they are raising two young Yankees fans.
